General provisions
These Terms of Service (the Terms) govern the use of the StayReady website (stayready.space), the StayReady applications for Android and Windows and the StayReady VPN service (together, the Service). The Service is operated by the legal entity below (the Operator).
By installing an application, creating an account, signing in, buying a subscription or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read these Terms and accept them in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is intended for persons who are at least 18 years old or who have full legal capacity under the law of their country. A minor may use the Service only with the consent and under the responsibility of a parent or legal guardian.

The Service
StayReady is a VPN service: the application creates an encrypted connection between your device and servers operated for StayReady and sends the traffic you select through it. Which traffic goes through the VPN and which goes directly can be adjusted in the application settings.
The Service is offered under the plans FREE, BASIC and ADVANCED. The features, traffic and time quotas, the number of devices and the prices of each plan are shown on the pricing page and in the application before you start using or paying for a plan, and form part of these Terms.
We keep developing the Service. We may change, add or remove features, servers, locations and technical parameters and carry out maintenance. If a change materially reduces what a paid plan provides during an already paid period, we will notify you and, where the law requires, offer an adjustment or a refund.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at every moment and in every location. Connection speed and availability depend on your network, your device, your location and third parties.
From time to time an application may be published as a test (beta) version. Such versions may contain errors.
Account and licenses
- You can use the FREE plan after installing an application, without a website account. A website account is needed to buy, renew or manage paid plans. Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your email address or Google sign-in.
- A license belongs to the account that holds it and can be used on the number of devices allowed by the plan. You may not sell, rent, share or transfer an account or a license, or use several accounts or installations to obtain more than a plan allows.
- You are responsible for the security of your mailbox, your devices and your account and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Give accurate information and keep your email address up to date: we use it to send sign-in codes, payment and renewal notices and important service messages.
Plans, payments and renewal
The price, currency, billing period and contents of a plan are shown before you pay. Paid plans can be bought as a subscription with automatic renewal or as a one-time purchase without renewal. Automatic renewal is switched on only after your separate explicit confirmation at checkout and can be switched off at any time in My Account before the next charge.
Payments are processed by payment providers and banks, and their rules apply to the processing of payment data. We do not store full bank-card details.
Payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds are governed by the Payment and Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms. If a paid service cannot be provided because of a problem on our side, we will restore it or refund the affected payment as described there.
If you disagree with a charge, please contact support first: a duplicate charge or a service that was not activated is usually resolved faster this way than through a chargeback. We may restrict access to an account where a payment is reversed or disputed in bad faith; the reversal of a charge that we have confirmed as duplicate or erroneous is not treated as bad faith.
Acceptable use
You may use the Service only lawfully. You are responsible for making sure that your use of the Service is permitted by the laws that apply to you. You must not:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to commit or facilitate a crime, fraud or an infringement of the rights of others;
- attack, scan, overload or interfere with networks, servers or services of the Operator or of third parties, including denial-of-service attacks and attempts at unauthorized access;
- send spam or bulk unsolicited messages, or distribute malware;
- publish, distribute or access child sexual abuse material or exploit minors in any way; we cooperate with the competent authorities in such cases;
- use the Service to infringe copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property rights;
- tamper with or abuse the technical limits of the Service, such as device limits, traffic and time quotas and license checks, including by creating several accounts or automating resets;
- resell the Service or provide it to third parties for payment, or share a license beyond the number of devices allowed by the plan;
- reverse-engineer, decompile or modify the applications or the Service, except where the law or a third-party open-source license expressly allows it;
- impersonate another person or provide false information when buying or contacting support.
Applications and intellectual property
The StayReady website, applications, designs, texts and trademarks belong to the Operator or its licensors and are protected by law. For as long as you have access to the Service, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to install and use the applications for your own purposes on the devices your plan allows.
The applications include third-party open-source components covered by their own licenses. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights those licenses give you.
Install the applications only from the website stayready.space or from links published there. We cannot vouch for files obtained elsewhere.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend or end your access to the Service, with or without prior notice depending on the circumstances, if you breach these Terms, if your use endangers the Service, other users or third parties, if this is required by law, a competent authority or a payment provider, or if a payment is reversed or disputed in bad faith.
You may stop using the Service at any time: remove the applications, switch off automatic renewal in My Account and, if you wish, ask support to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). Deleting an account ends access to the licenses held in it.
If we end the Service for reasons not related to a breach on your part, we will refund the unused part of an already paid period, in line with the Payment and Refund Policy.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we give no warranties other than those stated in these Terms, including warranties of uninterrupted operation, of a particular speed or of fitness for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect damage or lost profit, for the consequences of your actions or of the content you access through the Service, for interruptions caused by third parties, networks or events beyond reasonable control, or for the consequences of using the Service in breach of the law or of these Terms.
To the extent permitted by law, the total liability of the Operator for any claim connected with the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service during the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.
Personal data
We process personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Service you confirm that you have read it.
Changes, governing law and disputes
We may update these Terms, for example when the Service, the law or payment-provider requirements change. The current version is always published on this page together with its effective date. Changes take effect from the date shown; if you continue to use the Service after that date, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree with a change, stop using the Service. A change does not alter the price or period of a plan you have already paid for, and an existing subscription is not moved to a new price without your new consent.
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live.
Before going to court, please send a written claim to support at admin@stayready.space describing the problem; we will answer within 30 days. A dispute that cannot be settled this way is resolved by the competent court in accordance with the law.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force. These Terms are published in Russian and in English; in case of a discrepancy, the Russian version prevails.
